
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup Half & Half
1 can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 container coconut-flavored yogurt or your favorite flavor yogurt
1 banana or mango, peeled, sliced
1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice, if desired
Blend together and enjoy the flavor explosion! You can sprinkle toasted coconut on top of the finished drinks.
